By using DigitalDolly, you agree to the following terms. Service Description: DigitalDolly provides secure document storage, organization, AI-assisted field extraction, expiration reminders, and document sharing for personal and business documents. AI Processing: AI document extraction is optional. When enabled, uploaded documents are processed by OpenAI's API for automated field extraction, and document files are transmitted to OpenAI for this purpose. You can disable AI processing at any time and enter details manually. OpenAI does not use your documents for model training. Payment: Subscription fees are billed through Stripe. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time. Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for the accuracy of information you store and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Data Retention: Your documents are retained in encrypted private storage for as long as your account is active. You can export or delete your data at any time. Service Availability: DigitalDolly is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control. Account Termination: You may stop using the service and export your data at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
