In rare situations, authorized technical staff may require limited access to help protect your account, assist with account recovery, provide support you request, maintain the security and reliability of the service, or comply with applicable legal obligations. Any such access is limited, purpose-specific, and logged for audit purposes. Your family's trust is the reason we built this.
How AI Works With Your Documents
AI helps you stay organized without compromising your privacy.
AI Analyzes to Organize
AI Document Assistance is optional. If you enable it, AI extracts key details like names, dates, and document types at upload time so you don't have to type them manually. You can also request a one-time AI analysis on any document without enabling automatic AI.
Never Used to Train AI
Your documents are never used to train any AI model. Your personal information stays your personal information.
Restricted Access
DigitalDolly does not provide employees with a routine dashboard for browsing customer documents. Access is restricted and logged. AI Document Assistance is optional — if enabled, it runs once at upload time, then stops.
You're Always in Control
You can delete any document or your entire account at any time. Deleted documents go to Trash for 30 days before permanent removal. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Private Cloud Storage
Your files live in a dedicated cloud space, never a shared folder or public drive. Nothing is exposed to the open internet.
Encrypted In Transit & At Rest
Your data is scrambled with encryption both while it's being sent and while it's stored. Even if someone intercepted it, they couldn't read it.
Access Tied to Your Account
Your documents open only when you sign in with your credentials. Access happens through your account, on your terms.
Shared Links Expire Automatically
When you share a document, the link expires on its own. View links last 5 minutes and share links last 24 hours, so you never have to remember to revoke access.
Payments Handled by Stripe
We use Stripe, the same payment processor used by millions of businesses, to handle subscriptions. We never see or store your card number.
One-Tap Backups
Back up your entire vault with one tap. The backup is created and downloaded straight to your device, so your files never pass through a shared server.

Export Everything Anytime
Download a complete copy of your data at any time using the backup feature. The backup is generated on your device. Delete your account from Settings to remove your documents, settings, and subscription. We recommend downloading a backup first.
